Device Fingerprinting using autoencoders
The goal of this research is to provide novel ways for encoding fingerprint browser characteristics as well as a mechanism for comparing them while accounting for changes in their values. Fingerprinting is a technology that aids in the reduction of fraudulent online activity. The algorithm suggested in this study have the potential to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detecting online fraudulent actions carried out by malicious users. This method may also be used to create device fingerprints and for many browsers used by the same user.
